I drink close to a gallon of water every day. In the beginning I definitely had to pee all the time, but it has since tapered off to 5-6 times/day and is far less annoying.

Hmm, interesting. And how is the sex with Margaret?

I'm sorry to hear that your counseling experience was not a positive one. I can assure you that there are many wonderful mental health professionals out there who really do care about what they do and can make a huge difference.

Damnit, I knew I was missing something. Goal body, here I come!

Yeah, people that know what they're talking about are SOOOO overrated. :noway:

Wow... simply amazing. Thank you for sharing!

I pretty much exclusively wear skinny jeans - year round. I have long legs, so they're pretty much ALL ankle skinny jeans, which I don't mind. However, this year might actually be the first summer in over 5 years that I wear shorts... (eek) And I agree with Bean - ditch the pajama jeans. Just get yourself a pair of yoga…

That's always uncomfortable.

Agreed. I usually take 2 rest days per week and they are glorious.

^This. You like a guy who likes looking at your face. I'd say that's off to a pretty good start. :flowerforyou:

This unspoken "but" that people keep mentioning is just a projection of your own lack of self-confidence on what is otherwise a lovely compliment. The person didn't have to say anything, but they found you SO beautiful that they felt compelled to tell you. That's pretty cool. People tell me all the time I have really nice…

Uh huh, me too. And I do the same thing when I weigh myself. AYO!

Yeah but... look how happy her crotch is making her.

I wanted to start logging my food and a couple of my friends were like "We use this. You should too so we can be fitness-site friends AND real life friends." Seemed legit.

These look really stable, so they're cool, right?

At my old job I once got a package addressed to "Satch Gallamax".... which is a gross misspelling of my actual name. It ended up sticking as a nickname.

Gym, and the coffee cart up the street.

Uh, spoilers!

Excellent water conservation effort, sir!

I really like it too. But no, I don't try to pawn it off as pasta. And I believe for culinary purposes it's referred to as a vegetable, but botanically, it's a fruit.

Sweet potatoes are not to be yelled about. They are a kind and gentle vegetable.
-
I wouldn't call spaghetti squash a diet food. It's a fruit.

Once, I went to the Cork Butter Museum in Ireland. It was amazing. Not really applicable to this thread, but I did learn the entire history of Kerrygold. Butter kicks *kitten*.

I am here for refreshments. Oh, and because of my face.

I agree, patience. When I started lifting (and eating to support that) it took a good 6 weeks to see the scale move. And since then it's only about 0.5lb/week, but my clothes are noticeably fitting better. It takes time, but it's so worth it. Good luck!

My knees make all sorts of popping, clicking, and crunching sounds anytime they move. I've never had any pain from it and it doesn't inhibit any of my exercise, so I tend not to worry about it. No idea if that's the right way to go about it, though.

I love MFP! Forums included. I, too, have been here since 2011, although I didn't really start utilizing the forums until last year. And I spent months just READING, and using that handy little search function to absorb the wealth of information that's available here. I learned a lot from the successful, experienced people…
