I just joined yesterday, and going to do the 21 day fix to start off with. I have 100 lbs to lose. I am not doing the shakes, just the exercises.

I have been on and off MFP since 2011. I am now 93 lbs more than my lowest weight I have logged on here..... so depressing. I need motivation to lose it all! I am 44 and it is so much harder now.

Way to go! What an accomplishment... first day back on journaling for the 100th time it feels like. I have 100 lbs to lose.... I wish I could click my heels and be at goal! lol

Tilapia is farmed, and is not good for you. Try to find a white fish that is caught in the wild like Cod. Cod is so good, and it is so versatile.

I do the same thing too! I like to drink beer, and I can count those calories but after the night is over I over indulge and it sets me back!

Cheese has a lot of sodium as well if you are eating cheese everyday!

I love beer and can drink a lot of it. I like craft beer, but drink Miller Lite usually so I can have more beers for less calories. I usually can fit them into my calorie count, but I find I want to eat after I consumed them.

eggs are healthy.... unless you have a cholesterol problem I do not see a problem eating them! My trainer said I need to eat more of them.

I would not assume you are low in iron if you have those symptoms. I would go to the doctor and get your blood checked. It could by your thyroid. I have not had red meat in 19 years, and never experience that.... only when I was in my first three months of pregnancy! :-)

I don't understand what negative adjustments mean? My fitbit only ads calories based on my activity. I rarely use them, unless I plan on drinking alcohol during the weekend. Can someone explain? Never mind...I just saw post above explaining it! Thank you!

I will tell you from experience, every time I quit journaling I gain my weight back plus more. I now have 100 lbs to lose, instead of 50. I am 40, and it sure is harder to lose weight as you get older. Just keep focused, journal every day, and get some exercise!

You actually carried your weight very well at 238 lbs. I would have never guessed that was your weight. You look awesome..congrats on your weightloss!

155 is my goal weight for 5'7". I am not sure if I can get that low, but I will try. I worked out like crazy in college 20 years ago and the lowest I got was 160. So we will see....

I used the other half for my veggie sandwich today, and it was just fine. Thanks for all the tips.

ok thanks. I didn't even think about looking up the cooked version in MFP. I think I did 1.75 cups = 2 servings of pasta so it was like 390 calories. Added some sauteed veggies feta cheese, with spices and it was so good. Thank you!
