I have been away from MFP for a while and specifically typed in 5ft women lol and found this post. I am 40, 5ft 1ish lol and currently 130lbs. I am desperate to lose at least a stone, as I am the Maid of Honor at my sisters wedding in August and my dress is truly hideous on me at the moment. I look like a chubby overgrown…

Feel free to add me, I too want to get back to the weight and size that I used to be, partly for health reasons but mainly for my own confidence and self esteam. I want to feel sexy and atractive again, I have a wonderful husband who loves me the way I am, he and often tells me (when I moan about my body) that I look great…

To strangers I am 29 but to those who know me I'm 38 lol:laugh:

Totally agree:bigsmile: There are tons of fit people on this, looking to stay fit and healthy and primarily use myfitnesspal to keep track of there goals etc rather than to just lose weight, so MPF is used by a much wider range of people, meaning there is a broader range of advice and support available.
-
The best thing about myfitnesspal is that its free :D, I have done weight watchers online and then discovered this. In my opinion it is just as good as weight watchers, you have a huge date base of food values and a great community of support should you wish to use it. So if you stick with Myfitnesspal you will not only…

It really affected my confidence, I gues I thought as myself as ugly during my young teanage years. Then I left school and got into make up and dressing…

I was the same as you, always snacking all day, but never really anything substantial, I am now ensuring that I have a good breakfast within 30 mins of waking up and have split my day into 6, meal, snack, meal, snack, meal snack, this way I am able to eat regularly. I have really noticed the difference. If i missed…

Hi, invest in a wii fit, ( or ask around your friends, they may have one gathering dust that you could borrow) and use it every day, if you get a balance board you can do free step while your little one is watching their favorite program or while they are away for a nap, I tend to do this at night when all my little ones…
