Never learnt nothing really apart from the reason he dies was stomach cancer which drs said wasn't due to either his smoking or drinking (he was int eh armed forces so lot of happy hours) it was in fact due to him getting hit in the stomach with a ball when he played field hockey and was the goalie

have you tried drinking lemon water, squeeze the juice of 2 lemons into 2 pints of water (add sweetner if required) and this after each meal. I done this last week when it was that time and I lost 3lbs. Theres something in the acidity of lemons that breaks down the contents of the food and it digests quicker. I only done…

Have you tried squeezing 2 lemons into 2 pints of water add a couple of sweetner then drink it after each meal (a glass not the whole 2 pints at once). I don this on Friday & Saturday and managed to lose 3lbs and that is without exercising cause I was unable to this week

You can do this and I myself have stopped/started a few times but this time (3rd weigh in on Monday) something has clicked and I am enjoying it this time round. Just stick to it or I will slap you lol

I use mines with pineapple and had it on crackerbread and top it with tomato and cucumber or on a baked potato. I love it, wasn't a fan when younger

I just do the 30ds and then walk everywhere I can, especially having a 2.5 year old in a buggy. To me the 30ds is a cardio workout as it does all the muscles

What about Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, its only 20 mins a day and you can burn around 180-230 calories, depending on your weight etc. Its a circuit training dvd and I've been doing it since last Tuesday and feel its great
