I'm 5'3 and my goal weight is around 115-125, depending on how much muscle I gain and loose. I gain muscle fairly easily and I'm pretty dense (I sink in water). Im not fixated on a particular number I just want a really flat stomach and look great.

Ive been eating low carb for years now. I found that after I adjusted to to eating less carbs I had didn't feel hungry two hours after eating; I could last until the next meal without the urge to snack. Also I had energy for longer periods of time while exercising but a little bit of carbs helps (like two m&ms little)…

I found that my stomach was bigger when I ate more carbs. It wasn't that I had gained weight it was just bloated. I eat fewer carbs and its now its more flat. Easy adjustment (for me) and huge aesthetic results. Losing a few pounds by excersing more seems to help too.

Good for you going on the Atkins diet. I have been low-carb for a couple years now. I am not completely on the Atkins diet but I try to eat as little carbs as possible. It helps not to buy any carbs. If you have to eat something with carbs try fruit or artificially or unsweetened yogurt. Avoid pasta, bread, ice cream,…
