New to MFP!

Hey all, I'm Clenisha from KS. Just joined the site a week or so ago. I've never had to count calories or diet. I would always have time to work out and loved every minute of it! NOW, I work for a bank and I sit in from of a computer all day and by the time I am done there, the gym classes are over. Anyway any and all motivation and tips will be appreciated. I've gained about 10 pound in the last 1.5 years and it needs to go! Good Luck everyone!
