beans... there is a ton of different kinds of bean and u can go nuts with them and there fairly cheap...or reasonable any how..one bag for one person can make up enough to last for several meals.

i recomend 60 min straight. any shorter and ur just teasing your self. .. to be doing much good u need to get your heart rate up and get a good sweat going. also depends on your current weight and health.

at least an hr unless im rushed... that is mostly strength training and a bit of stretching... i do cardio when i walk or do my tae kwon do.

i really would like to cycle..but finding a bike that would support me is inprobable and then paying for it is impossible..lol.. tried sitting a bike a couple of times though ..think i still got to much below to do it... cant see how they do it on the shows with other large people.

i c people reading at the gym all the time..one gym i go to has a big magazine rack... but i am at the gym to work out so anything else is just going to get in the way since i am busy.. although i do have audiobooks on my ipod..that doesnt get in my way.

in the morning u are not warmed up yet and it is harder on your system.. where as evening..you have already warmed up and your muscles have relaxed... just like the better shape you are the harder the work out you need to do to get you blood pumping

eating a lot of the wrong kinds of foods, to much sodium. and not enough exercise. from what i see you have done anything to really get your blood pumping.. walking is great but u need to add time to that...weight training great... need to do more that... need to do something more active though...running , zumba , etc..…
