Would love to do a November challenge. My goal is to cut back dramatically and just be more comfortable with a slower pace of life. The trick now is not eat too much since I’m not drinking.

I love wine too!! I am trying to lose weight so I am not drinking during the week. Plus, I think it impacts my sleep and just want to be in a fat burning mode.
