The only water I drink s during my exercise. Does flavoured water count? I find it a chore otherwise. Give me fizzy drinks or cordial any day (sorry). I'm trying my best with this. The most difficult challenge I've done (including burpees and plank). :drinker:

I lookedback at my weight log and I have been losing and gaining the same 2lbs since 24th October. I will work my bum off to get past this hump and I will kill it for you lot. I am especially up for calorie burns (as I like to eat!). GO REDS!

I am exactly the same. I do 1-2 hours exercise every day and am struggling to drop the weight. I know I will be replacing fat with muscle but it's still a little disheartening (especially as I am a slave to the scales). I'm going to try to sort out my diet so hopefully that will help!

I'm sure you could do something different under the circumstances. Focus on your diet and weightloss and I'm sure you'll be fine. I know I won't get immunity from this (or the 1lb advantage) so I'm just going to work hard to survive until something I am brilliant at comes along.
