My NSV is being able to buy a dress for my work's Christmas night out - no trousers and long top, no "does it cover my knees?", no cardigan to hide my arms. AND I can wear killer heels without my feet hurting!

I hate running but I have a few ways to keep me on the treadmill. I've downloaded the series called Chuck and watch one episode a run, I see if I can run in time to the song I'm listening to (I make sure I have dance type music) and I cover the screen with my towel to hide the time. Third place! Well done us! Exercise done (HATE fusion glides BTY!). I had an apple, a satsuma, 20 grapes and a plum today plus I had a handfull of spinach - a good day for me!

I keep feeling disheartened with my slowing weight loss but then I look at my measurements and realise I've lost 16.5" since I started this challenge in September. Thank you bmfrazie for helping me see the bigger picture. You're a star!

My weight stayed the same this week. Eating my exercise calories back today. I'll see if that helps.

Thank you so much. I always worry about my form. I feel I put a lot of pressure on my knees. I'm going to do some endurance cycles so I can improve my heart and lungs and hopefully I will become more efficient at burning calories (I use a Polar FT4). It's Kay's good to get advice from success stories! Thank you.

Do you use a HRM? No matter how hard I smash the classes I rarely go over 700. I can only go over 700 when I run (which I hate doing - low boredom threshold). Seems like 20 questions - sorry.

Three weeks at 168.5lbs. I'm not doing anything different. Still exercising a lot and under calorie goal. I've lowered my target to 1.5lb to see if the extra calories help. I wanted to be 161 for Christmas. Not sure if that will happen now.

Exercises done although I don't have a jump rope and my fusion glides were very suspect! Way under my calorie goal (I'm a bit bad and don't eat many of my exercise calories).
