168.5 again this week. My weight loss seems to happen fortnightly so fingers crossed there will be movement next week! I went out on Friday and Saturday this week (staying within my calories) and it's My TOM so I didn't expect much. Sorry.

I haven't been able to get the telly this week (golf and cricket rule in my household) but I'm going to a friend's house tomorrow for wine and Wii so I will be keeping track of my scores then. Fingers crossed the new challenge is up in time!

I think we all have to be "normal" now and again. The amount of hard work you put in, you deserve the odd treat. Try not to feel guilty - you've probably burned 3 cheese burger meals this week. I hope you enjoyed it.

Today's exercises done. Used tins of soup so they weren't my usual Body Pump weights but I'm struggling to fit it in properly on a Wednesday. I doubt I'll be able to log miles running/cycling/walking tomorrow because I teach two Zumba classes on a Thursday. Sorry.

I find it difficult to keep motivated in the gym so I do classes. Les Mills Body Combat, Body Step and Body Attack are high intensity and I break it up with spin and Zumba for a bit of variety. I have fab instructors who I've got to know and will push me harder (which helps loads). Glad to hear this week is going well.…

My Zumba instructor got stuck in traffic so I didn't manage my usual two classes but a friend has asked me to do Body Combat with her after I teach my Zumba so I'll burn far bigger…

Weighed in at 168.5lbs this morning so I'm over the moon! I think my 10k run yesterday helped me along. I'm actually taking a rest day today - first in a long time (although I may get the Wii out for a little play).
