cut the top off of some jalapenos put the cream cheese down in the jalapeno (you can also use any type of cheese) wrap a slice of bacon around the outside of the jalapeno (optional but yummy) grill or bake until bacon is done ENJOY

I LOVE the "walk away the pounds" DVDs, I think they are really fun. I do them step for step and use the resistance band. I normally walk 3-5 miles a day 4-5 days a week. I also have a Polar ft4 HRM. I log this workout as 4.0 mph because my HRM and the 4.0 mph calculate it almost to the calorie with each other. I hope this…

Go to your local animal shelter and take the dogs on a walk/run. You and the dogs from there will benefit from the exercise and time will go by quickly. You will leave there with a smile:)

I received a SmartHealth heart rate monitor, step counter and watch (all in one) for Christmas. I used it yesterday while walking on the treadmill and I love it. We grill ours and then when they are almost done we dip them in Franks Buffalo Sauce then put them back on the grill until they are ready to eat. (yummy)

I guess if you wanted to log it you could log it as throwing a frisbee. I have a lab and she never gets tired of me throwing a duck decoy for her, either in the yard or in our lake. It doesn't matter if you log it or not, it's good for you and good for your dog. Keep moving:)
