I know :) Thank you! I personally hate the gluten free breads and pastas and stuff. They are just not the same, and calorie wise, it's just not worth it to me! Do you have any specific recipes??

I agree :)

Fasts are great, actually. They cleanse your body and get out many toxins. Usually to accomplish a cleanse, you'd need to do a 2-3 day fast and it should be fresh squeezed juice!

Don't add it to your water intake, because a lot of coffee and tea actually dehydrate you.

You don't have to take my advice if you're not comfortable with it, but I've been in the same situation and I generally do a 1 day fast and drink PLENTY of water. it gives toxins time to exit your body and it will clear your skin up, because water is amazing for your skin. Good luck :)

5'3" a little under 130 pounds BMI- 23.1 I wear a size 6-8 in pants, usually a 4 in dresses and a small-medium top :) I think a lot of it is just based on build/muscle. Thats why someone whos 5'1" and weights more than me could be a smaller size.

I lost a lot of weight in my face, but because I see my face so much, I didn't really notice it. But friends and family kept telling me my face looked "so skinny." You probably did lose weight there, you just don't see it.

I switched to a vegetarian diet about 2 months ago. I had done it once before for about a year, but I as unsucessful due to low iron, but I think I'm going to do well this time. It's not that hard. The worst part is taking supplements. You should take B12 and iron supplements just to make sure you're getting all essential…

I would start by slowly decreasing caloric intake. Maybe decrease by 200 every week until you get to 1300. Mine says 1300 too, but I think thats too much for me. I don't eat a lot. For me, it's about finding time to exercise. Good luck! Feel free to add me.

Weight fluctuates throughout the day, due to many factors. It's not your fault. A 5 pounds fluctuation isn't too bad, anything more than that and you've probably actually gained weight. But water retention is a big part of weight gain, as well.
