Fiber One bar?
Nature Valley dark chocolate granola bar?
Jazz apple with PB?
I loveee apples and PB but can't buy the full jar because I ALWAYS eat too much, haha. So, I normally get a pack of granola bars for the week. I am grocery shopping this weekend and if they have the individual snack size cups, I might get those instead. Which would you pick...I look at calorie/nutrition info when picking snacks. So which is better? THANKS!

Fiber One bars are delicious but have virtually no nutritional value =/ I'd go for the apple and pb!0

I would go with the apples and PB. Good kind of fat and good protein.0

Have you tried the PB2? (Powdered PB) - it is like 16 cal for a 2T serving and minus most of the fat. I don't care for it on a sandwich - but it is great for apple & you will be restricted to using what you've mixed up - so you shouldn't be so tempted to eat from the jar! They also make a Choc version - but I have not tried that... Best wishes!
Don't forget about almonds & other nuts for a great snack ... just watch servings & also - almond butter! Yummo!0 -
I LOVE the Nature Valley Granola thins!!!! OMG!!! The peanut butter ones are my favorite! And I recently tried the Special K Chocolate Chip cereal bars and they were pretty good too. Also string cheese is always quick and easy.0

I like the nature valley granola bars - the fiber one (and similar) make me think of eating a snickers, it weirds me out.
But from your options, I would pick the apple and pb (consider maybe just apple and almonds, instead of creamy, easy to spread and eat stuff).
Expand your snack stuff to include nuts, seeds, fruit, cheese, and so forth and you won't keep reaching for the jar. Also make sure you spread your calories out if you are still hungry and have that bottle of water ready!0 -
i like p90x protein bars and i saw a commercial for those nature valley granola thins w/ chocolate on them, yummy, i wanna try those. I eat a lot of fruit though especially since its summer and fruit's on sale everywhere. I love almonds. walnuts, pecans... so those you can put in a snack size baggy and bring them where-ever you go. And i am a super big fan of peanut butter so i put that in my shakeology in the morning and make a peanut butter cup shake... dang it makes me wanna have one right now. I also make home-made granola and that's a good healthy option. Then I do like greek yogurt plain (fage) w/ fruit added to it. And then sometimes wheatables. Good luck shopping!0

Kashi makes some good bars too.0

I bought these roasted seasoning seaweed packs from Costco, $10 for 36 of them, and I love em. 30 calories per, plus lots of vtiamins in them. Not everybody's cup of tea, but if you like em, they're a great little snack.0

I love, love, love the new Skinny Cow candy. I limit myself to one a day. They range from 110 to 120 and they are wonderful. Not just a bite like some, but seems like a lot for the calories. I like them all but the PB is my least favorite.0

I wouldn't eat the prepackaged granola bars and things if you are going for weight loss. Try packing plain nuts (walnuts or almonds- portioned) in sandwich baggies. Or low fat (2%) cottage cheese. Out of the list you mentioned i would go with the apples and PB- if the PB is natural. I like Mara Natha No Stir in Creamy PB. I've tried tons and i like the ones that don't completely separate or get all funky lol aka "no stir".
Also i love these little plastic cups of "light" tuna in water that my grocery store sells.
Another snack could be hard-boiled eggs. My sisters love them. Mom boils them the night before and they eat them for breakfast.0
