I eat about 100 grams of carbs a day which is considered "low carb" but i get most of my carbs from fruits & veggies and really up my protein. Ive lost inches not weight so far. My trainer told me that doing this will help you build muscle & lean out the fat and eventually, the scale will catch up. So dont weigh myself.…

I agree, i do a zig zag diet, so there are times when i eat very limited calories and just one day a week i eat whatever i happen to want that day and dont worry so much about calories. I get to look forward to that one day a week, so that helps me talk myself out of cheating the other 6 days.

Yes, i workout on a stationary bike and leave it on my waistband and it still recognizes it.

My trainer has advised me to eat easily digestable protein an hour before i work out. It helps with the recovery. Plus i work out before dinner, so for dinner i eat no carbs, just protein & veggies. That seems to help!

We all have our own vices, but i just dont get the soda one. It doesnt do anything for you, so why drink it. I personally dont like it, but if you only have it from time to time you should be ok.

I take bonless skinless chicken breasts and put them in with a bottle of medium Pace picante sauce, 1 taco seasoning packet & 1c brown rice. Set on low, let cook all day. I saute spinach with olive oil garlic mushrooms and a little salt. Cook up a trader joes fresh ground turkey patty and cooka approx 4 1/2 mins on eacha side. Top with 1/4c shredded mozzarella, veggies and allow it to melt. Put on a honey whole wheat bun and enjoy!
