You're welcome, you guys! (: I figured I'd share it and inspire others to keep going. I was pretty upset that I had failed my own progress but now that I'm back on track it feels great. Zumba and 30 Day Shred are going to be so useful!

I absolutely love Zumba. I've been doing it for two days and when I did it yesterday, total 20 minutes of dancing, I was sweating bullets and burned 337 calories. Worth. It. I'm going to force myself to do at least 35 minutes of dancing tonight. (:

When I mop, I mop hardcore, and when I mop hardcore, I definitely work up a sweat. I mopped today and counting the 10 minutes I mopped for said I burned 47 well-deserved calories, so I am satisfied with that. I count it. I don't count if I clean something out, though.

You know what I do when I want pizza? Take a tortilla, lay it out on a baking sheet (or two if I'm cooking for my mother as well). Spread some sauce (sometimes alfredo, sometimes cheese, sometimes pizza sauce depending on my craving), put some cheese over that, veggies if I feel like it, pepperoni if I feel like it, meats…

Nice job, girl! :'D It's always great to have something on the Wii (I also have Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus and those make me sweat bullets, too!) in case of rainy days or time constraints.

To all: I have never taken a class but I would assume they are similar. It is incredibly fun and you literally move the ENTIRE time throughout a dance, and you sweat bullets. It feels amazing, like your fat is crying. It is definitely worth it. I did Zumba yesterday, but only the training part to learn some of the dances…
