There is nothing wrong with working out fasted. I do it all the time and my strength has always been the same with or without food. You can train for as long as you want just make sure your getting the proper nutrition everyday and your not over working any muscle groups. You don't want to burn yourself out

MFP Program is completely inaccurate to me. The total calorie intake and macro nutrients it suggests make no sense. My formula i use is way better and gets me to my maintenance calories based on my weight and metabolism speed, from there i just subtract 500 calories and from that number i break it down into the different…

I know its a healthy body fat percentage to be in but from what i see from everything online people who have 10-15% bf all have flat stomachs still and i used calipers. Machines to calculate bf% doesnt work for me since im a bodybuilder

Open up your dairy so i can see your protein/fat/carb intake. A lot of people who stop losing weight usually don't re adjust there macro nutrients and end up not losing anymore or take to little calories and put there body into starvation mode. Looks like your doing enough physical activity so its most luckily in your diet
