Back on Track!

Today I had an appointment with my trainer/nutritionist after being very inconsistent over the past 4 months with diet and exercise. In that time I have gained 10lbs and gone from 22% bf back to 30% bf. Needless to say, it was time to get back on track!

Once again I have a meal and exercise plan that has me excited to reach my goal again :) I am even excited for my trip to the grocery store to get all of the healthy foods to stock my fridge!
