I have to be biased and say belfast !! its developing into an excellent tourist destination and the people are the most welcoming in the uk. The city centre is young and vibrant. N.I. is beautiful and has some wonderful sights.

its always bloody cold here !! very light layers as the further you run the warmer you will get.....i started with vest top and coat and now run with just vest and wind cheater........good luck x

I had horizontal ridges on mine last year for a month or two and it was down to a massive amount of stress. Your 40 mile walk might have caused some sort of physical stress you didn't notice ? If your not sure about it see your doctor x

i'm seeing physio for a similar problem and it was my core muscles had weakened during my last pregnancy and my hips were compensating for the pelvis weakness. Try some lower core exercises for 2 weeks and see if it helps any ? good luck x

It can work although i found weight gain after was very easy. If you do try it to get you into a healthy BMI i would suggest you stick well to a very good low fat diet. The side effects can be unpleasant especially if a fatty meal is eaten. A good diet and exercise is just as good x

I seen a picture of me post baby and almost didn't recognize myself !! and yes my knees got painful especially the back of them and tying my daughters shoes i needed to hold my breath !! Thank god i've moved on from there !
