Eating healthier was much harder for me , when I first started working out I just couldn't bring myself to leave the junk food alone. It really is 70% nutrition 30% exercise. ( for me, at least)

I'm having the same problem. I've been trying trail mix , protein bars/shakes and fruit to up my calorie intake. I try not to eat 'just anything' to make up the calories. keep it healthy.

I love the gym , It feels strange when I miss a day.

I'll try this , thank you.

thanks for the feedback! I wish i could run outside , but it's soo cold + busy lol I'll definitely try the circuit training/intervals stuff.
-
thanks! I'll add this to my grocery list.

yeah , very sustainable. It's a shame I didn't know try it when I first started losing weight. I wasn't really educated about the nutrition side of things

Some people recommended cutting out refined carbs , and someone mentioned that getting adequate protein with each meal suppresses the appetite , and I found these two tips to be immediately effective. I find that I'm not craving food with the same urgency. ++++ that and more water.

thanks for the feedback! I'll definitely make sure to eat enough (perhaps the odd protein shake/bar here and there for extra calories)

count me in?
-
Thanks. I'll try this.

I'm not too nutrition savvy. But I think my weakness is definitely sugar+ simple carbs? How do you resist the cravings?
-
yeah , I'm a bit of a carb junkie. so hard to resist. I'll keep this in mind.

Thanks so much for all the fast feedback! I'll definitely try to cut back on the exercise a bit , to see if my appetites decreases. I'll also do some research on Low GI foods + the C25K app. I gotta get this binging under control! Thanks guys!
