Funny, I love cardio, but I like doing it with friends. I'll swim, run, bike whatever with my buds. Don't ask me to spend an hour on the dreadmill. Yuck! So, I can understand when you say you don't like cardio. I despise those machines! I am in the lean phase of ChaLEAN and LOVING it!!!! Best of luck on your journey!

I got my desk configured so that I can stand up. I'm not sure that it burns that many more calories for me to stand up vs. sitting. However, I can stretch my hamstrings & quads while I'm working.

I just bought some & used them for the 1st time today. The workout was much harder since I was able to "dial in" the correct weight. I'm looking forward to using these!!!

Do make sure you let your body recover! Getting injured and trying to recoup from that can be a real bear. I'm a bit of an exercise junky. If I don't exercise I see a different person in the mirror. That girl is chunky and not unappealing. When I do exercise I see a healthy sleek me.

Feel free to add me too. I'm a 43 year old mom. I'm currently doing the weight lifting parts of ChaLEAN. I run and swim for cardio. I'm trying to learn how to eat more protein and less carbs. I definitely eat!

Congrats on your great results!!! I'm on the 3rd month of P90X now & looking for what I'll do next. I've been considering ChLEAN and Cathe's STS. I'm leaning toward STS, but I think I need to purchase more home gym equipment. Anyway, it's good to see others comments and results. Thanks!

I eat the wrong things and too much of them when I'm tired. I know that I should eat the grapes instead of the cookie or the crackers, but when I'm tired the cookie and crackers call to me!!! Stress makes it happen too.
