I work at the flea market every saturday and sunday. i don't have a fridge there to keep my food in, so other than a few pre-packed healthy snacks, my food options are limited. I'll send my daughter or my roommate out for food for me when I get hungry. I'd rather eat a southwest salad from McDonalds, or a turkey and ham on…

I don't have the same medical conditions, but I do have my own that make it hard to lose weight. I settle for inches instead when I can't lose the pounds. Muscle weighs more than fat, keep that in mind! :)

I'm 5'5.5" and my goal is 160. Anything under that I start to look sickly. The way my body is built at 160 I was wearing a size 10/12 and I'm very comfortable in that. If I find I can lose more and look healthy at a lower weight great. If not I'll be 160 :) And I have A LONG way to go to get there... slowly but surely

Oh and the theater in White Marsh has a vending machine for sodas ($4.25 a bottle) so when I go there I ALWAYS grab bottled sodas or waters for us from home or the dollar store and then play it off as if we bought them from there

I have the same problem :( I take an appetite suppressant with dinner to curb the urge to eat later, but I also make sure the front of the cabinets have Special K snacks and protein bars (hiding my kids junk behind it) and the fridge has a wall of yogurts and protein shakes (hiding the left overs) that way if i do lose the…
