6 tbls!!! WOW, now I am a person that truly loves pb in a till death do us part type of way, but that is a thick a** sandwich! Maybe try cutting back a few tbls or even try PB2 it's more than half the calories.

Where is this sold? I've tried looking around so I could maybe see the prices and nutrition label but I can't seem to find it on a legit website.

This has happened to me before from just changing types of BC. I also have a horribly inconsistent period. You should always check with your doctor, you could probably just call the office and ask a nurse.

Yuppers!

Has some amazing abs!! (Amazing total body)

I'm gonna have to say ditto to Zeraus' answer. It shouldn't be like that but it's the sad truth, babies and dating aren't the best mix!

I personally love yoga, but I've tried out different instructors to find one I like. I use it for flexibility and to help my muscles from staying so sore. The class I go to does a lot of poses that cause you to hold your body weight in positions, so I have been sore a few times. (Of course not as sore as if I were to do an…

I would think that the protein would have the most results. As it is basically like the Atkins and all of the other low or zero carb diets. Plus, if you are only doing this for a short amount of time why not just try both and see what works best for your body.

Yea pretty much that or the gas cloud hits me and I look up to see him walking away with a smirk on his face. Lol gotta love sibling bonding I guess!
-
haha this just made my day and made me literally "lol". My brother eats abundant amounts of protein and it definitely makes him a horrible workout partner at the gym (He loves to crop dust the area I am in and then walks away, leaving me to look like the culprit).

Yes me too! All of their channels are awesome; helpful & entertaining.

I do IF and absolutely love it, I don't have any thyroid problems though. I'd ask your doctor first off but on a non-doctor route there is a YouTube channel "The Fasting Twins" that have a lot of helpful videos that can maybe help you find someone else that has those issues and does IF.…

Bump- Hopefully someone will know a recipe for the healthiest Banana bread possible! (that is still moist)

Yes I totally agree! I wear a size 8 pants and medium tops. SW: 174 CW: 165 GW: 130-140 (I want to be below 26% body fat) When I was at 140lbs 2 years ago I was wearing a size 6 pants and small/med tops but had a lot of muscle and loved my body! (Damn injury and lack of motivation made that body disappear)

I am currently in the same spot as you, well it's similar. I am enlisting into the Marines and I have to drop to 26% BF which for me needs to be around 15-20lbs to go (I am at 32% right now). Everyone is different and for me IF (Intermittent fasting) has really helped, you still eat your normal calories just during a…

Same thing has happened to mine, only when I'm doing triceps though. I'm newish to lifting heavy so that's what I figured was the cause of mine. I stopped doing free weights and along with rest it seems to be getting better. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSPBaFAN5dc

P90X is sooo much easier on your joints! I've done Insanity, P90X and P90X2. All of them are great workouts but P90X has a lot less jumping and moves that are hard on your joints.

My hip used to hurt when I would do certain movements that involved me picking up my leg (walking, stairs, etc) I began doing daily hip flexor stretches and looked into "Chi Running" and my hip has not hurt since!

I hate the taste of milk so I take Calcium vitamins and drink Soymilk which has a lot of calcium in it.

I have stopped all the contact involved in my kickboxing class to see if that changed anything , which it didn't. I am going to discontinue kickboxing for at least a few weeks to see if anything improves. Also will be taking fish oil and yoga. If it all doesn't improve I will force myself to go to the doctor and see what…

Ouch! I've never dislocated a knee and hopefully never will. Thank you & I hope that your knees improve also!
-
Thank you. There is a yoga class at the gym I go to so I will definitely give it a try.
-
Thank you!
-
Just started taking them today, Thanks!

Thank you for your advice and concern. I am going to be taking a week off of all workouts (except for light walking one day) and if the pain continues I will be going to see a doctor.
