You are likely burning more calories with the P90X workout then with the 21 day fix workouts and not getting enough calories by following the 21 day fix plan.

I thought my goal weight would be 125 lbs, but now that I am there, I still have a pot belly and would like to shoot for 120 lbs.

toast an english muffin - 120 calories or less depending on the muffin whisk an egg in a mug and put it in the microwave for 40 seconds (may be different depending on your microwave - 70 calories (plus it comes out in a perfect circle) put the egg on the bottom half of the muffin and put a half slice of pre-sliced cheese…

You can add me. I'm 5'3" and at 125 on a good day. I'm trying to get to 120.

Still struggling with the first week of Month 2. Today's workout was Max recovery. I had to take plenty of breaks on this one too because my muscles just kept fatiguing.
-
So far I have completed the first two days of Month 2. It had has been pretty hard for me. By the end of month 1, I was actually able to complete a workout without taking a break, but now I'm back to lots and lots of breaks. I'm assuming it will get easier, but for now its kicking my butt.
-
I just finished month one today. Today's workout was actually the first one I was able to complete without taking any breaks. I lost a couple of pounds, but I'm doing Insanity to increase my cardio fitness rather than to lose weight and I'm very happy with my cardio endurance these days. I did start to get a little board…

Was feeling too lazy to get out of bed this morning and get my workout in. Won't have time to do it this evening as I have my yoga class and then a bbq to go too. Here's to a better tomorrow.

Completed Week 3 this morning. Looking forward to my rest day tomorrow. I'll still get some walking in and maybe a little bit of yoga.

Sing really loud while riding your bike. No one wants to mess with a crazy person

Go put it in the neighbor's trash right now!

I looked at your diary and it seems like overall it is relatively healthy, but I did notice that even though you are under your calories you are often way way way over your fat content from peanuts and peanut butter. I imagine anyone would have tough time losing weight eating 1000 calories worth of peanuts. Even the South…

Bump. I have the same question.

Half way through week 3 now. I did my fit test on Saturday and saw some improvement. I haven't been eating all that great so not seeing any improvements with the measuring tape or on the scale, but no back sliding either.

Just finished Week 2 this morning. I don't think I like the cardio abs. Curious to know others' opinions on it.

Hanging in there. Caught a cold, so I took an extra rest day yesterday. I may take today off as well. So far I've completed the first two days of week two.
-
Just started week 2. Seems like I'm needing more breaks not less. Go figure.
-
I finished Day 5 last night. It was the Plyometric circuit again. It actually felt harder this time. Today is my rest day and my body definitely needs it.
-
I just takes breaks when I need to and jump back in when I'm ready. Some days I feel the need to take more breaks then others, but my heart rate is up the whole time and that is what matters I figure.
-
Hey everyone. I started a few days earlier and finished Day 5 (Pure Cardio) this morning, the hardest one yet so far. I took a rest day after day 2 because I had terrible ankle pain from all the jumping, but I think my body has adjusted and I'm hoping I won't have to take any unplanned rest day.

Hey everyone. I ended up getting Insanity for Xmas so I decided to postpone shed and shred until I finish Insanity. Good luck.
-
I would love to see the template. I'm not sure how much of the Insanity diet I will be following, but maybe I will give it a try.
-
Hi my name is Nicole (aka Summer). I just got Insanity as a present. I have been doing various Jillian Michaels workouts for the last 3 months so I'm hoping I will be fit enough to keep up. I will be out of town for the holiday weekend so my start date will likely be the 3rd of January.

I actually measure my belly not my waist since that is where my fat accumulates. I measure two inches below my belly button which is the part of my stomach that sticks out the most.
-
The amazing thing about spin class is you can always go slower and reduce the resistance on your bike so you don't have to worry about keeping up other people in the class.

Took my final measurements today. Doing Ripped I lost 2 pounds and 0.75 inches (belly) That makes a combined total for the Shred and Ripped - 4 pounds lost and 2.25 inches lost (belly).
