good sugars?

I've been going over on my sugar while staying within my caloric intake range. All my sugar is coming from fresh fruits and veggies. Should I limit my fruits and veggies to avoid going over or does it not matter because of the source of sugar? Those little calculators at the bottom confuse me. I'm eating healthy and staying within my calories but going over on healthy sugar, fiber, and protein. Will this prevent weight loss?

Nah. Calories in calories out. Stay under in calories you'll be fine. I would NEVER recommend cutting down on veggies.0

From what my trainer has told me the sugars are fine as long as they are from nature- like fruits, etc. Its the processed and added sugars that need to be avoided0
