I can't say which one I like best! Today I did 20 min cardio and ab jam. But I love them all! I think after I'm finished with this challenge I'm going to try Insanity, P90X, or maybe even Les Mills Pump...still not sure though I might just get Chalene Extreme, or Turbo Fire...uugghh so many good ones to chose from, lol

Don't feel bad, take a deep breath, and start over tomorrow! Are you keeping track of everything you consume even beverages? Try drinking more water, and go for a 20 minute walk after dinner (if possible). Try not to eat at least 3 hours before you go to bed and make your last snack a piece of fruit like an apple, 1/2…

I work out 6 days a week and I eat clean those days, tracking everything I put in my mouth. On saturdays I don't workout so I use that as my cheat day! If I'm craving something during the week, I'll make a list and if I still want it on Saturday, I eat it! It works great for me!

I love the Shakeology chocolate flavor! I've done the cleanse and it's not that bad. Shakeology gives you alot of energy, and it decreases your appetite so It's easy to follow. They just came out with Tropical Strawberry, I haven't tried that yet!

Yea I think after I'm finished with Turbo Jam, I'm going to take a few days off! I'm starting another Challenge on April 2nd so I'm seriously debating on whether I want to do Turbo Fire or Chalene Extreme next.....hmmm!

Maybe you could challenge her? You yourself can join a challenge and then invite her to join you! Sometimes to have a friend do it with you will help you both be accountable, and keep you motivated :)
