late reporting... my computer decided to die without warning! :( weighing in at 245 this week, .5lb lost! met water goal 5 days, eager for this week's challenge!

I had the same problem. I started doing 10 minutes of yoga in the morning and then again at nite, plus stretching for 5 minutes before any workout. Helped alot!!!!! :)

well my weight today was 245.5 Yay me!!! :) I met the calorie burn 6 days, met water goal 6 days. It's been fun! :)

my biggest NSV so far... the manager at my gym told me that I was working out TOO much :) and I'm *finally* getting the compliments like "Hey are you losing weight?" FELT AWESOME!!!!! :)

I burned my 600cal for the day... halfway there on the water goal, and i still have 1600cal left to eat for the day! (Its already after lunch!! *yay)

well i lied... i was able to go to the gym today :) burned a total of 675 cal and worked out for 53 min. :) already met water goal for today also

that's great! i'm waiting for that day... the towel fits everywhere but my hips :(

i always do a small cardio before and after my weight sessions

ok i have to submit my weekly weight today since i wont make it to the gym tomorrow... *drum roll* 248lbs!!! met water goal 5 days, exceeded exercise goal! Yay me!

i drink at least 6c of water a day, if not more... i hate to take a laxative cuz they are so harsh! I am eating lots of fruit and veggies, plus a fiber one bar everyday

omg i got on the scales this a.m. at the gym (just for craps and giggles) and it said 248!!! Friday I was 250... let's hope today is more accurate! :) new official wt this friday!

i have both! I am more of a cat person though. I have a 2yr old black Lab Midnight, a 11yr giant orange cat Jasper, and a 2yr old solid black cat Joker, who was born with a 2 inch tail!! My cats are very affectionate, always wanting to be loved on and giving kisses. My dog just digs and slobbers everywhere :)

well i am down to 250lb!! Lost 1 lb this wk, worked out 6 days, drank at least 6cups of water a day ( i made 8 a few days though!)

wtg!! i bought a reusable 33oz water bottle and i usually wind up drinking 2 of them at the gym alone! i try to drink a glass before each meal also....

oh wow... homemade lasagna with potato salad, creamed corn, cheddar biscuits and chocolate trifle :) and a piece of red velvet cake 4 snack! and a chocolate milkshake and pizza hut cheesy bread 4 a midnite snack Lmao

i only say that because even though the scale has been sluggish to move, my measurements are steadily decreasing... my clothes are getting roomier also... i think it's just a numbers game :(

totally kicked butt at the gym today! an hr and 10 min (total) of cardio with 30 min strength training! My main concern is that I'm gaining muscle faster than I am losing fat... ???

i go to gold's gym where they have a "60 second circuit" it's 12 machines that work every major muscle in the body, you do 1 machine nonstop for 60 sec, then move to the next. I usually break mine down into upper and lower body, then do 2 rounds of all the applicable machines.

my husband is the same way... he is very much against me trying to lose weight and get in shape. sometimes i think its a jealousy thing, like if i'm looking good other ppl will notice..? Idk but it is so frustrating!! 1 lb. a wk is more than ok for healthy weight loss. I myself and aiming for 1 1/2 to 2 lb per wk.
