you will get many different replys for this one I'm sure, But when you logged in all your information, height ,weight, age it already sets you at a deficit (that's why you're at 1200)..so by exercising you push yourself into a bigger deficit...so it says to eat at least 1200 net calories....(make sense?)

my smoothie..1 creamy danone yougurt (100ml), 1 Banana(6-6 7/8"), 1/2 cup blueberries and 1 cup 1% milk....322 calories...I think I put in the database as Glenna's smoothie .....hope this helps

well I just finished day 26 (Day 6 Level 3)...I've gone straight through and myself have only lost 3 lbs (so far), but I've also lost quite a few inches....I won't be taking my measurements until wed. morn and weigh in Fri morn (my usual day) because I'll need to add them to our chart that our group has...hope this helped…

I'm on day 2 Level 3 now (no days off) and I have modified all the jumping exercises because my knees are sore, but I've been working out for almost 2 years and if I do heavy pushing with my legs (even 50 lbs) I can hardly walk up stairs....so anything I do with my knees is modified, but I haven't given up doing anything…
