WOWZA....DAY 21 DONE.....I did better than I thought I was going to, but not as good as I should've....I had to stop every so often to make sure I was doing it right...anyways WHOO HOO only 9 more butt kickings from Jillian :laugh:

DONE day 20....WHOO HOO...had a peek at level 3 and YUP we're in for a few more butt kickings :laugh: . I too am very proud of us for making it this far...only 10 more days....

YAY!!!! DAY 13 done...bought a HRM this morning and it said I burned more calories than I was getting credit for....YAY...and also I haven't lost any weight doing this, but according to the measuring tape (providing we measured properly the 1st day..I'm down 4.5 inches....WHOO HOO!!!!!

REALLY????? we must've gone to the wrong site before because when we were looking it said (about...I'm trying to do this from memory) 56 cals...I better go back and double check our stuff

everybody I've seen or had commented on this subject has been putting it under circut training, general (this is how I've been entering it) unless they have a HRM

you are not alone...I try to do the regular ones as much as possible, but always end up at modified for some period of the workout :smile:

YAY!!! DAY 11 done...(I moved to lvl2 yesterday so day 2 of lvl 2)...I found it a little easier today even though my butt and hamstrings are sore from yesterday :smile:

well we always buy farm fresh eggs and the way we can tell the difference for us is size, shell hardness (we find the ones we get from the farm are really hard) and also not as watery as the store bought ones....we also get some green shelled ones :smile:

I don't know what your calories are supposed to be (or listed on here), but try upping them by about 100 that really got me moving and the low fat stuff is ok once in awhile, but stick to the normal stuff....feel free to add me as a friend I am 5'4" and 168 lbs (have lost 20 lbs on this site since Sept) trying to get to at…
