No it is too risky that you would get sick from salmonella or other raw poultry bacteria. You should cook the chicken first and add the chicken at the end of the cooking time.

I am not sure about the calorie intake but if you put in your desired weight loss in myfitnesspal it will help guide you on the amount of calories you need to lose the desired amount of weight. The intense workouts on the plan though can help you burn 300-400 calories or more. Good luck!!!
