Wanted: Motivation Buddys!

I'm looking for some motivation buddys so we can help each other keep on track!
I discovered MFP early in 2011 and lost 28lbs (yay!) but since January 2012, 8lbs have managed to sneak their way back on to my hips and I'm struggling to find the motivation to lose it again! (I'd like to lose it plus another 7lbs).
I know what I need to do, I know how to do it, I just can't stick to it! In the past I have had crazy motivation so I know it is there somewhere, I've just got to find it again!
Every Monday for the last 5-6 weeks I've gotten up and said "right, today is the day" and by Wednesday I'm dipping a biscuit (or three) in my tea!
So enough about me, is there anyone out there who would like to join me and we can be motivation buddys?

Add me! I am the exact same, lost 2 and a half stone 2 years ago and over the past year a stone has crept on so determined to lose it, but could do with someone to chat to when I feel I am going off track! xx0

Add me I need some motivation at times as well. I lost 10 and put it back on and now working on getting it back off again.0

You're welcome to add me too. You CAN do this! Just continue to remind yourself WHY you want to lose the weight and be healthy. Sometimes I literally have to talk myself through a workout or tell myself why I shouldn't eat something. I sound like an idiot I'm sure, but it works for me. And if it helps you, you can read the ingredients on your foods. When I do that it grosses me out of eating stuff when I realize how full of junk and chemicals it is.0
