Thank you for all your replies, there are lots to choose from, hmmm not sure what to do yet. I want to work out about 3 or 4 times a week instead everyday which I'm doing now, so i can have a days rest in between. I like Billy Blanks Tae Bo, it's really face pace though.

I'm pleased I've seen this thread as I've decided to start Jillian's 30 day shred today, so suits me nicely to join this challenge. Looking forward to seeing how everyone gets on. This will really motivate me to keep going. I found it quite tough this morning so hoping it'll get easier feeling so unfit.
