One day at a time. And it's OK to make mistakes. The best advice I can give you is... * Daily tracking - and be honest. Scales don't (usually) lie! ... * Exercise often. I have Rheumatory Arthritis and even through my worst pain, I keep moving. It does a body and soul, good! * Sleep!!! * Don't deprive yourself. Give in,…

I had a friend that did this "crash" diet. Yes, she did lose weight. Sometimes 2 lbs a day, BUT in the long run, she gained it all back. She just couldn't keep it up and it made her feel like crap. Losing weight isn't simple, but the concept is. * Eat right * Eat less * Move your *kitten*.

Two years ago I lost 107. I am now down 80. Dropping lbs at a heavier weight wasn't as difficult as it is now. My body has adjusted and I have to really work at losing weight now. I can honestly say that I get bored tracking and constantly thinking of my food/exercise intake, but I still try. I'm certain I will lose more,…

Hello Everyone, I lost 100 lbs starting in September of 2011 and reached that goal December of 2012. I had some "rough" sledding last year and gained some weight back, but I'm back to logging, working out and losing again. I have about 90 lbs to lose to hit my final goal. I'm still down 79 lbs and I know I can keep this…

I had a Gastric Bypass in 1997 at 393 lbs. I lost about 150 lbs that first year and then immediatly started to gain weight back. Fast forward to 2011 at a Drs. appointment. The scale said 317 and I had simply had enough. In the past I never once exercised, never ate healthy foods and never care enough to try. This time I…

I have the black card and bring my husband/friends for no extra charge. You can have 10 other PF visits per month, unlimited tanning and 1/2 price cooler drinks with the black card as well. Worth the extra $10 to me!

Just about anything that has carbs. Chips, crackers, pretzels, popcorn etc, etc, etc. Oh, and raisins! Love those little devils!

Thank you for the insight, ladies. I ended up putting a 45 minute walk at 3.0 and strength training for 15 mins. I used 3lb weights during my workout. I felt it towards the end! Fun workout and I'll plan to do it again tomorrow!

Back in 1996, I had a Gastric Bypass. I went in at 393 and got down to around 250 after one year. Not once did I exercise, eat right or as little as I should have. Over time I gained a lot of weight back and found myself back up to 317. A year and 1/2 ago, I decided that I was tired of struggling with my weight and missing…

Though my ticker says I've lost 102, I've actually lost 173 lbs from my highest weight almost 20 years ago. Since then my skin has taken a beating and looks like pizza dough. I HATE it when someone reminds I should have skin removal surgery and then I would look soooo much better. Well, no ****, Sherlock. I would LOVE to…

My sandwich is 290 cals. I never get cheese, ever. And I always ask the server to rip out some of bread and that makes the cals even less! :)
