I weigh everything and try not to go over 1400 cals a day. I have a really nice scale that counts in grams, ozs and lbs. My diary is open. I haven't had too much today since I'm sick with a nasty cold, but I do the best I can with being true to my diary and food intake.

1750. When I workout, I usually burn at least 500 calories and I will consume half of those. Eat people! It makes all the difference!

I sacrificed my time with the TV. I no longer spend my evenings watching TV. I now spend my evenings at the Gym. Not only do I get good workouts, I also avoid the mindless TV eating aslo. Win, Win!

Interesting. Do you fast on the same days consistantly or do you plan a fast day based on times food may be an issue. Not sure I could fast two days in a row. How many calories do you intake on your free days? And on the days you fast, do you have the energy to workout? I've had some major issue with binging in the past…
