congratulations, but don't stop there just imagine the feeling when you get to your ideal weight :D but really good job, i've had big weight issues in the past as well so i know how it feels.

I usually jog and jump-rope... I don't eat a lot of sugary things apart from fruit sometimes the occasional nutella spread...

I hear food rich in protein is best and you have to eat little carbs... so try lean chicken, lean beef, fish and protein shakes. Also try beans and other things that are low in carbs, rich in protein. Good luck! I hope it works. I tried some P90X it was intense but unfortunately I didn't keep it up.

Yeah that is true. It can also vary on different body shapes/sizes. You can also measure your body through the waist to hip ratio.

i know it could be so many things i mean i love fruit and veggies it's practically what i eat most days because i don't like eating meat anyway. maybe ill eat less gluten that could be it.

i didn't mean to go below 1200 I just meant to stay around that range and have a calorie deficit. I usually have more than 2500 a day but I'll try my best to cut out processed food

drink tea and take a breath of fresh air outside and get some exercise. Write down a list of your goals of what you would like to do once you hit your goal weight and keep looking at it to remind yourself why you are losing weight. :)

Try fiber 1 for breakfast and metamucil or benefibre in your juice or water in between your meals. Fiber fills you up so much so I think it should help. Whole wheat makes you feel full too so that should help. Starchy food like bananas and potatoes help you feel really full as well but they have a lot of carbs/ fat. That's…

I guess it's understandable... but even if I exceed my calorie limit I still try to prioritize my protein intake. I think of what's more important...

I take protein shakes. I just finished my container of Iso Whey, the biggest thing for me is the flavour and of course I look for that's low in carbs (1-3 g). They are really high in protein about 25-30 g so it really helps.

I'm not diagnosed with any clinical depression although I have really bad mood swings. They've seemed to have gone down in the past month so I have been feeling better lately. I'm not sure why I am so stressed though.. I guess meditating should help me or maybe exercising more.

Hmm... I do measure and for some reason my stomach is actually bigger in comparison to my body... my bust is about let's say 37-38 and my stomach is 34 :/ yeahh.. kinda big and my hips are 38. i mean i do enough cardio and i take protein powder/tofu/nuts. do i need to tone-up more?
