i'm in the same boat, I missed out on 30ds yesterday also, mostly because i woke up feeling phooey and couldn't shake it all day, went to bed early and am no prepping for my midmoring snack, hitting up jm in an hour and then just maybe the gym this afternoon, after all if i'm paying for it, might as well go and do a class…

@Misty – Welcome! I bought Yoga Meltdown a couple of weeks ago but still haven’t tried it. Maybe I’ll work it in this weekend. I’ve def. heard good things. I just got a Kindle and am starting to read again. I used to read constantly when I was in college but then life got busy and I stopped. I love how convenient my Kindle…

My boys (6&4). They are super active, and after spending our first summer in our new house while they played and ran in our new big backyard I knew it was time. I don't want to be the mom on the sidelines at their ball games because i'm overweight and don't have the energy to "warm up" with them. So here I am, taking in…

I am so inspired by all the 30DS results on here that I went out and bought the dvd and some hand weigts today. going to the gym tomorrow and going to start the shred on Friday! I can't wait to post my own results pics:)

Thanks! I will probably still hit the gym, as I already feel "lazy" when I take a rest day....... we'll see if that still holds true when I start my new job though:happy:

There's a store where I live called Playtos closet. They buy gently used stuff, you can sell your too big close to them and then turn around and buy stuff there in a smaller size.......... maybe your town has a similar place?

Sign me UP! Today's weight (thanks to TOM) is 168.4 so we'll just go with that:)
-
I certianly plan to (and hopefully by 10-1 so I can get new charms:smile:) and THANKS to y'all for the support!

DITTO! (although i can't believe that the "healthy" for us is 97-132lbs, i've got a big butt that never goes away no matter what i weigh, if i weighed 97lbs i'd fall over backward!)
-
That's AWESOME! Congrats to you! I myself just bought a pair of pants in a smaller size and cant wait until i can zip them up without having to lie down, suck it in and exhale:happy: YOU ROCK!
-
I do feel great, mostly because now I know I can do it, no more sitting around and wondering how. Thanks.
-
Thanks! I'm vertically challenged (5'1") and she's been telling me for 3yrs that if I can just get to 145 I could stop having certain test drawn, so now that I'm headed in the right direction it should all work out.
-
congrats! I've been on for about a week and a half and 3lbs gone! and I myself am kinda addicted to my scale also, i don't trip out if the number goes up, since i'm building muscle and nearing TOM, i'm just type A and like to know. Keep with us here and you'll get where you want to be!
-
WOW! you look AMAZING! Thanks for sharing your story (they really do help keep me on track), and I'm super JEALOUS! I would totally follow NKOTB if I could:love:

DITTO!

I'm also short waisted and had large babies. Genetically i'll never have a flat washboard belly, i'll settle for how i looked 40lbs ago:)
-
Just remeber: so you gave into your cravings, now hit the gym, put it in the past. Now you have a game plan for next month:) I'm the same way, the week before my TOM it's like everything i eat is chinese food and i'm starving an hour later, so I up my protein and fiber, drink tons of water and keep all the junk out of the…

Amen Sister! \ My husband is the same way, and I Hate It! I cant' wait until my muffin top is gone for good (of course he'll just go back to pinching my butt, but what are ya gonna do) (of course my baby is 4 so it's a long time coming to finally make it go away)
-
I don't usually eat back ALL of my excerise calories, of course it's not for lack of trying. I eat when I'm hungry and drink tons of water. The days I work out are the days I'll eat a dessert, or have a starbucks. I never go all out though, i mean burning 600 calories is great but eating 2000 calories is what got me where…
