Food cutoff time?
Is it really that big a deal to eat after 7pm? I'm generally up until at least 1030/11pm. Some days I'm not very hungry at my familys meal time. I learned that even if I have the calories, getting them from fast food makes me feel like crap and I want to BARF! alas, as Jillian Michaels has said many times: FAST FOOD IS POISON!:sick:

i've heard people talk about how great it is blah blah blah, but other than obviously tasting like coconut, what else does it have going for it? Is it sweet, tart, strong? and how healthy is it really? any and all thoughts/opinions are appreciated:smile:

is there any truth to stress playing a role in weight loss?
You've all heard the advertisements, about the "stress hormone" and it contributing to keeping you fat......... I just want someone to tell me it's not true (and it really be not true). did any of you also go to the gym during that time? I'm thinking I would do the 30DS in the morning and then still hit the gym 3-4days a week for my cardio......... all advice welcomed:smile:

"skipping" a meal
Ok, so I had a late breakfast (930) so of course when I should have had lunch I wasn't hungry so I had a snack. and another snack a couple hours later. I will be having a bit of a large dinner, so I'm wondering was it really that bad to not have had an actual "lunch"? Thanks in advance for all imput!

How much Protein is Too Much?
With out fail I go over my alotted amount of protein EVERY DAY! Some days by lunch. Is it really that bad to go over something that is supposed to be good for you? Strength training will use a lot of it up, right?

why am I hungrier now that i'm counting calories?!
it seems that all I want to do now is eat! when i don't count calories I have to make sure I eat at the right times of day, but when I count calories it seems like all i do is think about what i just at and what can i eat next that wont use up a ton of calories..... anyone else having this issue? how can i get over this?…

It's true what they say about after turning 30 everything slows down! I've just begun counting calories and am one month in on my gym membership doing what my trainer tells me. My profile picture is from June 2011 and hopefully by next June these stubborn 40 "baby" pounds will be gone for good!
