after a whole MONTH of feeling crappy and BARELY working out.......i'm outta my funk and turning this around. since I get bored easy w/ workouts today i will start alternating Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown with the 30 day shred. Since i got bored w/ the 30day shred on day 4, i figure by mixing the videos each day will be different from the day before, even if it's the same as the day before that:) Throw in a few 5K's and I should be good to go! Before and After pics will follow in 60days.......
