doind workout dvd's? I'm starting Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred today, and I could not find it anywhere in the exercise data base:frown:

That's a good question. Equate it to. .aerobics? walking? running? Exercises are hard to find for me too. Food is pretty good because you can add your food/meal, etc. I will watch with you to see what others suggest as well. Keep doing the tape though because it will still record at the time of weigh in. Good for you!0

ive done it 2 times with my heart rate monitor and for me its about 260.....5 foot 6 inches, 75 kilos worth of bouncing and sweating...0
