I learned that even if I have the calories, getting them from fast food makes me feel like crap and I want to BARF! alas, as Jillian Michaels has said many times: FAST FOOD IS POISON!:sick:

    I agree completely. Fast "food" always makes me feel awful, and usually for a few days. I wasn't aware of how much damage it did to me until I began eating real food. This is an important reminder :).

    The few times I've eaten fast food in recent years it has make me physically I'll. It's awful!!

    I thought NSV meant no small victory, lol.

    That's awesome. I like MFP, because in time you will fix or realize some faults and improve on them greatly!!! That's what it is all about here!!!

    You can GOOGLE anything you don't know.. that is what I do.

    GOOGLE : SMH

    GOOGLE: BUMP
