I was actually made fun out of for being real skinny. I did not put on weight until my 20's, Then I was "normal" for a few years then in my late 20's is when I got fat.

I have tried a lot over the last few months, right now I am drinking Syntrax - Whey Protein-Matrix 2.0- strawberry. It taste really good to me.(I had been drinking a strawberry soy protein right before this so it may be why I like this one so much.)

I am currently looking at going back to school myself, I have a meeting tomorrow to see if its the right choice for me. I have been out of work more then working the last 5 years and need a change in fields.

I only weigh myself once a month anymore. As the weight came off slower as I lost it became frustrating. Now I just focus on doing the right thing eating and exercise wise. Then I do weigh myself and see the much larger drop it is more rewarding.

I tried hydroxycut, nothing special did not lose any more then diet and exercise did without it. Active ingredients in most are green tea extract and forms of caffeine. Hmonsterx, if you take the time to read it you will see that what the author said to do is drink two 8 oz glasses of water before each meal. This helps digestion and makes you full so you dont eat as much. You can go against science and logic but you will see that much more happens once you accept facts.
