Decided on a whim last Friday evening to dig out some of my old clothes to try on, and to my surprise a few of my old shirts fit...
anyway here is what I looked like before..around 350 pounds or so (when I started MFP I listed my approx. weight at 340, and after the first week of hitting it hard I was actually over 340) and the second is of me this Sunday modelling one of those coveted shirts..lol @318 pounds

great place guys, keeps me motivated!

thanks guys! i'm really on a life "high" right now from how good I feel...I seriously haven't felt this good in a while. I took my little girl to the store last night and when we left it was raining...so I ran the cart out to the car...ran the cart to the cart return and ran back to the car...and I didn't feel like I was gonna fall apart when running, and I didn't hurt afterwards. I'm going to get to about 290-280 to start jogging..I've got a neighbor to walk with and her daughter is in track and needs to get back into jogging/running..so i've got walking and running partners now.0
