Goals on nutrient details, what do they represent
The goals in nutrient details list are you suppose to try and match those or stay below them as max limit? My example is I had 15g of fat today but my goal has 72g. How much sodium is needed? MFP has me at 2500mg, from what I am reading online it should be about 1500 and on the upper limit 2300 mg. Does anyone have any input as to why MFP is recommending such a high amount?
