My wedding band and engagement ring went on my finger! They were very tight so I'm not wearing them yet, but I'm close!

I started at 221.5. I'm 5'7". I'm now at 186! It feels great!

ok this is the second night in a row that I'm eating this! I'm loving it!

I let my hubby eat the entire thing before I told him about the cauliflower! He was very surprised. He said it looked and tasted just like bread made with flour. He also asked for it again, and to make a triple batch! Definately a success!

You may or may not have time, but I found couponmom.com. It does tell you everything that is on sale in the different stores in your area. It also matches up coupons that have been released to the sale items. Its pretty cool and I end up getting food and non food items cheap, and its easy to compare prices.

Hello! I am also real big on sweets. Frosting was my thing for a long time! My husband bought some hershey kisses when they were on clearance after Christmas. I allow myself 2-5 of them almost every day. They are 22 calories each. The hard part is limiting yourself to just a few, but I got used to it.

I tried a recipe on chocolate covered Katie. http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2011/08/24/peanut-butter-cookie-dough-cookies/ they are very good, but the recipe made six cookies at 120 calories a piece. Christi- Thanks for posting this! I enjoy an occasional treat, and I don't see anything wrong with it either. If you compare how I used to eat, its a borderline miracle I have been sticking too 1500 calories even with treats here and there. Congrats on hitting a goal!

Yes I believe there are foods out there like celery that have less calories than the amount you burn digesting them. There are lists out there of these "negative calorie foods" but I don't trust them totally. I do not count gum, diet pop and diet V8 splash, crystal light. I might sneak a hershey kiss here and there and not…

I make it for my husband for his lunches. I just use tuna in water, 1 T mayo, and some diced onion. I'm going to try that curry powder idea though. I bet it's good i love curry.

soup helps me have that full feeling for awhile, and oatmeal too. If you are only eating 1200, your body might be holding on to fat.
