My BMR is 1513. I have been eating around 1600 a day, so I guess I should be eating more considering I walk around all day at work. I have been losing steadily for three months now though. Maybe I'm ok due to my "cheating" here and there for special occasions or pizza night?

on top of that I got a piece of cake with a giant frosting flower on it, and I DIDNT EAT THE FLOWER! That is a first in my life!

i tried 1400, but felt kinda hungry so I changed my setting to "lighty active" on MFP and it bumped me up to 1570. I do a ton of walking at work. I don't log anything work related though. I honestly haven't excercised much. I still can't get motivated. The pool will be open soon though.... I used to do aerobics and loved…

Hi Sheena. I wasn't at my ideal weight on my wedding day. That didn't even matter that day though. I was 190 back in 2003 or so and lost 50 pounds. I kept it off for awhile, but after I got married, bought a house, got a dog and lost the job I worked so hard for, just to name a few, I went up to 220. The emotional eating…

Is that really why? I'm not trying to battle you or anything, I really would like to know. Are you saying its celebrated by non believers due to tradition? That would make sense I guess.

I put in a spoonful of sugar free/ fat free vanilla pudding mix and leave it alone for at least five minutes. The pudding mix makes it sweeter and thicker and it tastes like cheescake. Someone posted it on here awhile ago.

I work in retail and I have said "happy easter" and "merry christmas" to hundreds of people and no one has ever yelled at me or complained, maybe I'm just lucky. Bill O'Reily vs Jon Stewart was awesome last year! Why do all these people who are non believers celebrate Easter and Christmas?
-
haha! very true!

ya worried about weigh in tomorrow too!
-
I eat one almost every day. I kinda don't feel right without my morning banana.
-
I say go for it! I eat a 1/4 cup of plain M&M's a few times a week. As long as you can control your portions you're ok in my book!
-
ummmmm...you just replied? I'm only on here because my nephew is sick and Easter dinner was cancelled.

The constant posts about eating back excercise calories/going into starvation mode.
