I treat myself to a new bath and body wash as my treat. I use them in the shower ONLY after I workout so it is a reward not only every 5 pounds, but also a treat each time I make it through a workout. Regular showers get regular soap etc so it keeps the expensive (to me) stuff special.

It happens. However saying tomorrow's a new day doesn't help me. I can say take a minute and look at where you have come from. Look at the graph they have on here. I adjust it to see a full 6 months and realize while today may have been horrible I can do this.

3 workouts 1 hour each of Taebo I slacked last week with 3 kids valentine parties at schools, game night at my house, and then valentine treats.

I started at 220 and am down to 191. It's been slow, started in July, but it is consistent and I don't feel hungry all the time. My goal weight would be 180. Who knows, I may change that in a few months. Feel free to add me.

I found that with just watching calories I want losing as much. Once I started moving, first upped my steps, next exercise bike, and now exercise videos (not all at once lol) I stated losing much quicker.

I found when I got the fit bit I stopped losing as much as I was. That being said it was 4 months into my weight lose so not sure if it was a normal slow down or my eating the extra calories. Hard choice when your starving and see extra calories.

Probably not what you mean but I use Jiff brand powder peanut butter in my oatmeal not exactly a protein powder but it does add protein plus it tastes delicious.

Hershey makes sugar free and low calorie versions of their chocolate syrup. Maybe a glass of 1% milk with chocolate syrup as a treat for a job well done at the gym?

Look up angel food cake recipes. My family has chickens and can get 2 dozen eggs a day, this is how mom always used them up.

My grandma suggested sugar free bubble gum when I started mfp. Satisfies the sweet craving.

Feel free in a bathing suit on this year's vacation. I'm under 200 pounds (barely) for the first time in years and I will not buy another swim suit with a skirt. I'm tempted to tape a picture of my dream swim suit on my wall by the tv to remind me of the goal, but not sure my kids and hubby would like that. ;)

Add me. I'm a momma of 3 little ones and babysit another 3 year old ten hours a day so it's like 4. :) I eat momma food a bite here or there etc.

I am the same way! I finally splurged and bought the expensive candy bars. I have a square or two of the bar and drink a tumbler of water with it. Does the trick for me. I'm too cheap to eat the whole bar like I would a kit Kat and the chocolate is rich enough to curb my cravings.

Tomorrow I will make myself move for thirty minutes non stop. Cleaning, organizing, whatever it takes. Set a timer and don't stop.

Honestly I'm where you are and just starting back up. I use my stairs in my house, just walking yup and down while swinging my arms. I also use laundry as an excuse to move more carrying one towel at a time to the linen closet and making that indoor chore last longer while keeping me moving. I'm not burning many calories,…

You need to look up verbally abusive relationships and then decide for yourself. I cannot imagine anyone that is supposed to love me calling me fat. And after having 3 kids I am!

I find that tootsie rolls can satisfy my chocolate craving, plus they take longer to chew and eat than a piece of chocolate. I also LOVE the skinny cow "turtles" and just last night bought the trader joe's 100 cal chocolate bars. With halloween coming up I'm trying to find the best candy to give out that won't be too bad…

The way I see it is if I don't log something because of calories going over or time issues who am I lying to? Myself!!!!! The reason I'm here is for myself so why lie about it.

I was thinking this to. My biggest hurdle has been not eating late at night after I get the kids to bed. I've found that be eating decent meals and snacks during the day I'm not as hungry later. Of course I'm just starting out, but so far it's working.

I'm starting small with daily 10 minute walks, 30 -60 minutes on Wii Fit, and my biggest hurdle is watching my food intake. Especially butter and bread! I also have trouble NOT eating late at night when I put the kids to bed. I've cut out these night time snacks, but it's the one I fight most with myself on.
