For breakfat I had two scrambled eggs, two slices of bacon, coffee, and a bottle of water.

Lunch will be either a grilled chicken and zuchini salad, chicken caesar salad, or chicken with a side of raw broccoli

Dinner will probably be roasted cauliflower and caramelized onion chicken

    So far:

Oatmeal with 1/2 sliced banana and a tsp of soynut butter

Butterfly porkchop with valley fresh "healthy colors" veggies

It's only 1 so I'm not sure what I'll be doing for dinner but I know at least an apple will do until then :)

Not to get on you, but man, that's not a lot of food. How many calories are you allowing yourself each day? To each their own, but I just can't believe you're not starving.

Anyway - so far, I've had:

Breakfast: Chocolate Protein Shake with Peanut Butter and Banana
Snack: Baby Bell lite, almonds and craisins
Lunch: Salad with Mixed greens, spinach, asparagus, almonds, feta, craisins, shrimp and chicken, hard boiled egg and dates. With homemade raspberry, balsamic vinaigrette.

Pre-workout snack: Toast with almond butter
    Post-workout: Skim chocolate milk
Breakfast: One whole egg & one egg white (I have to have at least one yolk, I love them!)
Lunch: Fresh banana, raspberry, greek yogurt & protein smoothie.

In-laws invited us over for smoked tri tip tonight, so going to do my best to eat healthy all day and to not go overboard dinner! After my workout, it says my net calories for the day are only 148, so I've got some wiggle room.

Try eating more during the day. You might not be as hungry in the evening.

I was thinking this to. My biggest hurdle has been not eating late at night after I get the kids to bed. I've found that be eating decent meals and snacks during the day I'm not as hungry later. Of course I'm just starting out, but so far it's working.

this is what i used for my overnight oats, i had to add some xanthan gum to thicken it since i thick i used a bit too much almond milk, i'll have to cut down the amount since i prefer my overnight oats a little thicker

Quaker Oats - Oatmeal Old Fashioned, 1 cup dry (40g)
Gaspari Nutrition - Myofusion Protein (Milk Chocolate), 1 Scoop
    Fage - Total 0% Greek Yogurt, 150 g (1 cup)
Silk - Pure Almond Unsweetened All Natural Almondmilk, 1.25 cup (240 mL)
    Libby's - Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix, 200 g
Kellogs - Coca puff brownie crunch, 14 g
