Count me in! I'm 40+ :) and just trying to get back into good habits. I need to lose about 40 pounds, but I need to get those habits back in control first.

I just started this one. I have used other Firm series in the past with good luck, although something would happen and I wouldn't stick with it. I'm on day 3 of it, and really like it so far.

Personally, I count it as aerobics because that way I know I am not giving myself too much credit, but I think I burn way more that I give myself credit for. But I like the half and half idea.

Good morning! I've been at this a while, but I'm stuck and losing motivation, so I'd love some new buddies. I have a 7 year old and 4 year old twins, and my hubby travels for work almost all the time.

I'm "new" here, sort of. Maybe I should say I'm ready to really make this happen now. We can do this together! I have 3 year old twins, and a 5 year old, so I understand how crazy times can be.
