It used to be around 145. But recently I dropped some weight (well, like a year ago), gained a little back, and now it seems that my body loves 130.

The only rule I have is to limit weighing myself to only once every six weeks. This way, I don't get discouraged if I'm not losing fast enough, and also, if I AM losing fasting enough, I don't want to somehow think it's okay for me to slip up.

Great idea! The only time I've ever been able to successfully diet over two weeks was when I nixed the weekly weigh ins-I actually only weighed myself every month and a half and ended up successfully losing 55 lbs.
