I wouldnt be able to live without my Wii. I love wii fit plus as when i dont have to time i just go on and do 10 or maybe 20 mins running. I also have dance revolution with dance mat which is really fun and u dont feel like your working out either, although u get a real sweat on. I can burn around 300 calories in about 45…

I have no co-ordination whatsoever, i am terrible and everytime i go on zumba i end up doing have the steps wrong and just wiggling my hips lol but i enjoy it soo i think what the hell its fun :D

Can i join please ?? My SW (186) My September goal is to be 178lbs by september 30th. My Self-Challenge is to do at least 20 mins excersize everyday and stay away from the choccie :) Although i got weighed this morning and lost 4 lb but dont know if to count that in the challenge or not :S Good luck everyone!

All you guys are making me want to give it go! i think i may go out and get it at the weekend! just hope that i can stick to it! Is there any other way of finding how many calories you burn on it without a HRM?

Oh wow thankyou for that, tbh i dont really think i should be eatin back the calories im burning, but say if i have another bad day like today its nice to know that i could excersize to get my calories back down without it effecting me. i just wanted to see what other people did and thought. you have helped me alot…
